With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, she understands that compliance goes beyond following rules—it’s about building smart systems, supporting teams, and ensuring safe, high-quality care every day.
Throughout her career, Katie has guided centers through surveys, developed and refined policies, and tackled complex infection control challenges, always aiming to make the complicated feel manageable and help teams feel confident in their daily operations.
Currently, she is part of the team at Ambulatory Healthcare Strategies, where she partners with ASCs nationwide, providing expertise in accreditation preparation, infection prevention, and operational support.
